Evaluation of cross-reactivity on human Tissue MicroArray (TMA)

The studies of Tissue Cross Reactivity (TCR) make it possible to assess the cross-reactivity of antibodies in human or animal tissues. This type of test is used prior to toxicity tests for therapeutic antibodies. In this video, we present the evaluation of cross-reactivity through TCR in frozen human Tissue Micro Array (TMA).

Paired with an image analysis tool, our quantitative results are free of any operator effect. This solution provides the opportunity of screening a compound quickly and inexpensively, during early evaluation of toxicity.
