The HISTALIM system is built on internationally recognized standards of reference in quality management.
Our activity is divided into processes complying with the ISO 9001 standard, and designed to uphold our company’s policy of constant improvement.
In addition, our technical laboratory work complies with ISO 17025 and ISO 15198 to guarantee extremely stringent levels of control.
Finally, the planning, traceability and archiving of toxicological studies comply with the Good Laboratory Practice standard (GLP).
Customer care
Before undertaking any study, our team takes the time to define each customer’s specific needs to determine how they will best be met.
Upon receiving any sample, we review the customer’s request and our technical platform issues a same-day acknowledgment of receipt.
During the study, each contact with our customers is systematically recorded and followed up on. Assessing customer satisfaction is an essential part of our company culture, and used to improve the efficiency of services offered and adjust the future choices of our company.
Control in design methodology and validation
At HISTALIM, we have the capacity to produce high-quality image analysis and morphometrics for each process to design and validate innovative methodology. Before any new design methodology, we define specifications and plan out all necessary stages for their set-up. Before any new methodology can be routinely offered to our customers, it is validated, and its performance level is characterized: depending on cases, its strength, sensitivity, specificity or reproducibility are assessed to be able to give our customers all the necessary information for the correct interpretation of results.
